A Male Perspective on Online Dating:
In today's society it is the norm that above average looking women get way more opportunities to date and the completion becomes crazy. With all this attention it isn't uncommon for these women to become what they perceive most men to be and that is "shallow". Some men who meet women online suggest that there are women out there that occasionally remove their profiles just to catch up on their emails.
It is the common believe held by men that most women who are well into their late 30's and 40's that have never been married really have no interest in marriage and family. Typically these women are known in male circles as the one unsuccessful at relationships because they all have issues with men.
Some of these issues are as follows:
- She is an independent woman
- She knows what she wants in life
- She knows "who she is"
- She is happy being single and not having to answer to anyone.
- She just wants to enjoy her life as "she" pleases.
Men view these as defense mechanisms for the inability to maintain a long term successful. Thankfully in the online dating realm the women are outnumbered 1-3 and ironically they believe they have a huge pool to draw on, which isn't the case at all. There are only so many guys to go around! Some ladies if you are really serious about meeting that special someone it's going to take some effort on your part, put your attitude in your back pocket, you might find that you like what you meet out there.
